Hotel was located in a nice area convenient for Tube station and Westminster to visit sites. Nice room and excellent breakfast , good quality food and selection. Would definitely stay here again.

For some people the room might be small. However my son and I got up early and went sightseeing and came back late, SO room size wasn't a problem. The staff was very helpful. I could not have asked for a nicer team. THe breakfast was very good. I liked everything about it. It was in a safe area and the underground and bus service was just a block or so away

Recognizing you get what you pay for my expectations were modest. That said, having to sit at angle whilst on the loo because sitting normal is impossible due to the proximity of the pipes beneath the sink is unacceptable. Also the shower barely allows. You space to wash yourself.
