LOVED the warm pool, steam room & sauna! The robes were pure luxury. The bed was comfortable and clean & the blackout curtains actually worked! The HVAC was inconsistent—-hot then freezing then hot again, but overall a very nice stay. The location is ideal! Art is fun

Really bad drain smell in the room which resulted in us having to sleep with the window open. Broken sleep due to the noise with the window open, which meant we didn’t want breakfast in the morning

Check in was chaotic as hotel system was down. Hotel did compensate with offering free Prosecco but we did not get checked in until 1640 so lost any time for relaxation which was a shame. Room was well appointed and clean but bathroom exceptionally small for an executive superking room. Rooms were also quite noisy
