it was fine for one person, but unfortunately the maid service was inconsiderate with my belongings and my toiletries were displaced from where I had left them, and I found them in the toilet upon returning from the day away.
Breakfast was not available when we visited. We’ve given a poor score for eco friendliness because despite us r saying we did not want clean towels etc after three nights they went ahead and completely refreshed our room for our final night!
The room was very small though nicely decorated and equipped.
Great location in the buzzy Shoreditch area, close to Liverpool street st tube which was perfect for catching the Stansted express.
Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Room itself was great, on the small side which is very standard in London but sparkling clean and comfy beds.
Easy check in at reception. Would definitely stay again.

Thé but is because the hotel had renovations during our stay which were never mentioned when I booked a week before so we couldn’t use available amenities
No tea or coffee in room but disappointed. Very small room I couldn’t walk around bed had to climb over it. Got room at 2.30pm not before unless you parted with £15 plus £3 to hold bags.

AC controls were not working in my room. Had to go down to front desk many times to complain before I got a change of room.
There is also no conditioners in the bathroom.
