For eco purposes (which I understand), hotel doesn’t do housekeeping unless after 3 nights. I noticed a lot of random hair strands in the bathroom, on the bathroom walls and on my sheets. Also, one of the hotels I received was all ripped up. Would suggest doing checks on towels and sheets etc. Hotel wasn’t terrible but would have appreciated more thorough checks and cleaning of the room. Staff was friendly and helpful
Aweful experience. I checked in & out immediately because I was not satisfied with the quality or cleanliness of the hotel room. I was refused a refund.

Staff were quite friendly however the essential Services were poor as below: 1, In the 3 nights in the hotel there was no bed making or room cleaning. They said it's their policy not to do any cleaning in the 1st 3 nights.
2, There was no hot water in the shower and although reported to reception it wasn't sorted out. I had no shower for 3 days.
Our door did not lock. We notified reception of this and they told us that they would keep an eye on the room. We said that wouldn't be sufficient. So they hard locked the door using a physical key. When we asked for a second physical key for the other guest they said they didn't have one. So we asked to be moved to another room. They told us that the free rooms could not be given to us as they were allocated to other guests. We insisted, reminding them that we too are guests. They eventually found a room and moved us, but after a lot of hassle. Meanwhile my two friends were told they would have to pay 15 pounds just to check in early, and were told they would have to pay per bag if they wanted to leave them at reception while waiting for check in. They ended up storing their bags in our room with the broken door while they awaited check in.
Other than that, everything was as you'd expect. Basic but decent. Rooms clean. No cooked breakfast.
Hotel next to student Accomodation, kept up with noise until 2.30am but offered refund or free night in one of their hotels in London in future. Breakfast good with nice GF selection too. 10 mins from Liverpool Streer and plenty of shops and restaurants.
