An amazing stay at The Ampersand. From check-in to check-out the staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent for my stay being only a short walk from South Kensington tube. Despite the location, the room was quiet and no noise disturbed my stay. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable; the free snacks and soft drinks provided was an excellent touch. The large bathroom with rainfall shower and double ended bath were both excellent and the bed and bedding comfortable. Overall, I couldn’t fault any aspect of my stay, with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff being a highlight.

we loved the Ampersand hotel. The location could not have been better for shopping and museum hopping. The staff was very helpful and the room itself was gorgeous. My London Home

My wife and I always enjoy staying at the Ampersand hotel when we visit London. Firstly it’s the warm greeting by Christian at the front desk or Katarina the manager in the morning or her assistant front office manager. They are also welcoming and polite and that makes a difference. The location of the hotel is excellent for all the best attractions and sites of London. It’s a short walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and only a little further to Holland Park. There’s masses of good pubs and restaurants nearby and the staff will guide you to some of the best in London. The Hunters Moon is my favorite for eating and drinking. The rooms at the hotel are comfy and well appointed and most importantly just good value. Highly recommended for all the above and more.
