We were there 5 days. Not once was my room cleaned. No fresh towels. Garbage piled up. As far as the pool goes you have to pay for your chair or cabana. They cater to everyone not just guests. For a $280 resort fee. I’m not sure what you get for that. Drinks are 20-30 dollars. Never again.
