Very disappointing

I know it is cheap but there were groups of young men that were intimidating and watched where my daughter was and where her room was. My husband couldn't sleep for worrying. If you can afford a better place do it.

Great location for the Bullring. Reception staff very friendly.. Car park available on first come first served basis. Rooms clean and tidy.. On the negative... No facilities to have a cup of tea/coffee in your room, hot water available in a machine in reception then you have to bring it back up to your room, lots of noise as on a dual carriageway, shower and wash basin in the actual room not a separate bathroom. Other budget type hotels have these so for that reason I wouldn't stay in an Ibis again

Good no frills hotel

No frills room but did the job for one night stay. Good location near the centre and on site parking at a reasonable price. Room was quite basic but very clean and bed was comfortable. Towels and shower gel provided, small tv and air con that we didn’t use. Wasn’t too noisy either. Would recommend for a very short trip of 1-2 nights but would probably need something with more room amenities for longer stays.

A great inexpensive hotel experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room, though basic, was very clean and comfortable. I was worried before arriving that it would be run down, but I was pleasantly surprised. A great, inexpensive hotel experience.

Though it is a simple hotel accommodation, it serves the needs of most guests for all sorts of visits to the city. The location is excellent except the pedestrian tunnel is fifthly and imposes safety threat.The electronic door key card is terrible.
