A budget hotel but perfect for stay to see a show / shop . Reception staff and cleaners very polite and friendly. Returned late with no other food available on route able to get a pizza and hot drink . Safe and secure , quiet . Rooms basic but clean.

It was fine. At first I thought the reception lady was a little rude, but later on realised she's just abrupt. I didn't like I had to pay extra to check in 30 mins early. If it was me, and a room was already free, I'd just let the person in if they're there. The corridoors were kept clean. The room was extremely simple and depressing as you would expect from an Ibis budget. The toilet was in a cupboard and the sink was in the room. If you're just using it as a base I'm sure it's fine.

Don't leave your charger

I left my phone charger at the hotel by mistake, I realised when I was on my train back so left a message on the hotels app. I got no reply so tried calling them the next day, the phone rang for half an hour then got cut off. I called them a day later and they said the phone charger hadn't been handed in, this is very disappointing as I had left it plugged in my room (room 209) by mistake
