Very satisfactory, being a budget hotel. I was issued a penalty fne for parking eventhough I paid at checkout. I contacted the hotel and thry had the psrking company cancel the ticket. I think that was very helpful and I appreciate it very much.

I stay on 4th floor. No proper cleaning. Bad smell on floor. For 3 adults they gave us one double bed and bunk bed. I never recommend this hotel. It’s worse experience for me. They are greedy. They charge rent for hair dryer and no iron board

Room was spotlessly clean. The area was quiet. The tram to Salford Quays was a few minutes walk away, so we could easily go out for dinner. Access to car park was confusing as you pass through another hotel's car park and threre were no visible signs to the Ibis. The price was good for a night's stay in a clean, comfortable bed.

The room was good but could do with a other plug next to the bed . The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good for continental. For my stay because it was in a good location next to the Victoria 02 Warehouse and good transport. I did enjoy my stay there.

Good location - perfect for a short stay

It is a fairly small room for 3 people and it didn't have a separate bathroom, just a small toilette (if you are of a bigger build, it can be a tight fit). The shower was more or less a hole in the wall with an opaque door. Not ideal when traveling with a teenager, but it had to do for one night. The bunk bed was unmade, which is not great after a long journey, but there was clean bedding provided. The room was overall clean and it smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is at the back of the hotel, which was not straight forward to get to as there is not signage on the main road. It is about a 10 min walk to Media City and the tram stop is across the road, if you want to venture into Man city.

Room was dirty (lots of dust, potentially came out of the aircon when it was turned on), shower was grimey & generally condition of everything was poor. There was a party raging on the same level as me that the staff didn’t seem to care about, the party set the smoke alarm off at around 3.30am. I know the hotel is budget but Christ, this was awful.
