Very old hotel, no coffee maker or mini fridge in rooms. Everything smells of cigarettes. Elevators are very rickety. I was told by my cabbie the tower rooms are much nicer than the pyramid where I stayed. Room are very clean but very dated. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

Ate elsewhere ..bathroom shower faucet was faulty and had rust stains, I requested double beds on booking and they confirmed via email chat - & the room tower that was booked with me changed as well- Room looked dated no fridge no microwave or coffee - not staying here next time

Staff was great! Property was amazing, clean beaches and the room was nice and cold. The only thing is the bathroom/shower/tub area in the junior suite needs some deep cleaning/tlc… get some shower shoes for sure
