It was a good stay however it was difficult to exit with our car and going back to the hotel with the shuttle bus. The bus is packed they even allow people to stand. And I had my son to Sit on top and he is 10 years old

Room, was very nice except for not having a refrigerator. Young girl at the check-in kiosk was very helpful. And there were plenty of good places to eat; Galagers , the American and the Shake Shack.

Staff was very courteous. Our suite was double booked so we did spend the first 4 nights in a lesser room but they upgraded our kids’ rooms and when we finally did get our suite, they upgraded that as well. The resort was fun and everyone was very accommodating.
