I booked this hotel for the slides at the pool and they have been out if service for the past 2 weeks and this the slides twas the deal breaker. I’m very disappointed and will never stay here again

The room needs to better cleaned, I literally could not walk barefoot as the only day I did the bottom of my feet were not dirty they were filthy black. The rooms need more towels and the room had no iron. Im glad I took a portable one.

No tea coffee facilities in the room. Shower was filthy. Mould on shower chair and hand rail. Only 2 sockets. Side table loose , unsafe to put anything on. Hairs and bits all over the floor. Bed was comfy
