The hotel itself was good! Our paid upgrade to the top floor almost 1100 SF was fine. I just wished it had floor to ceiling windows. Valet is a separate deal. No in/out privileges and can’t charge to the room. Definitely an inconvenience. Casino did not payout well. And drink service was not great. ...

This is a POD hotel so don't expect a lot of amenities. The rooms are small, but clean and quiet. The hotel is in a great neighborhood away from the crowds in midtown. Several nice restaurants in the area. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful.
