Comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located near bus and tram. The room was a little too warm, and we couldn’t change the heat setting beyond a few degrees. Otherwise, very nice hotel and amenities.

Staff was courteous , especially at check in and check out. The environments techs were professional as well. The only thing missing from our room was a small refrigerator. Did the upgrade have a small refrigerator? Cause if it did. We did not have it in our room.
