The check in is crazy, I had to wait 20 minutes for the code to get the room keys. The rooms were dated and could use a refresh. We were overcharged when we checked out. We were given a food credit but they did not apply it to our bill and charged us for the whole meal.

I'll tell you, for those who don't like to be on the strip, this is a colorful, affordable, oasis. The gardens are wonderful and there is a great steakhouse. Nevermind that the hotel staff is average, just enjoy the property for a good price!

Beautiful room, but the outdoor music venue at a nearby hotel across the street was a bit loud until around 2 am, so I would recommend getting a room on a to different side if possible.
