Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino offers 2884 accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and complimentary newspapers. This was our second time staying at TI. Very nice rooms with comfy beds and fridges in the room. Free parking. Grsat pool area. Not a lot of food options compared to some of the other resorts but lots within walking distance.

Surprised and shocked to be charged a resort fee. He said, “because we are using a third party vendor-Expedia.” The resort fee was more than the hotel fee. So they charge you 3 times the resort fee then credit you the actual fee. While tying up my credit card as hostage till they decide to credit my account. Which we heard someone in line say it took 3 months to see the credit. Btw it took 50 minutes to check in. There were 3 people at the check in desk than midway it went down to 2 persons checking us in. Terrible experience!!!!!! This was a “No Smoking facility” unfortunately it turns out we were sleeping every night with smoke smell in our rooms. The door had a big gap at the bottom of the door so the smoke smell seeped into the room. So we placed a towel at the bottom of the door to prevent the smoke coming into our room. There was a vent in the bathroom that would also allow smoke to come into the room.

Comfortable and offers many restaurant choices.

It is difficult to rate this property. Every aspect of this hotel is impersonal and routine. Check in is the most crucial. If that is seamless, all is well. If you have a problem of any sort, then things start to unravel. Have stayed many times over the years, and am seeing many improvements since Radisson took over.

Love the location which is walkable to the adjacent hotels via the overpasses or walking on the strip. It’s also within walking distance to the my favorite Fashion Show Mall, Wynn, Venetian, and a little longer walk to the High Rollers, Linq, Forum Shops. Rates are very reasonable. Nice dining options at the property. Love the CVS inside the hotel which opens 24 hours. No need to walk miles to your room from the lobby, unlike some other bigger hotels. Wish the electrical outlets inside the rooms can be upgraded to the ones with USB ports and support fast charging. Overall, it’s a great choice of hotel when visiting Vegas.

Our stay was great!…. But, what me and my fiance did not like or appreciate was the attitude that the older gentleman that checked us in gave us. I don’t know if he had a bad night or what but for someone’s first time experiencing kind of made me want to think twice about coming back ever. There is alot more to say about how he talked to us but what is the point nothing will be done.

Very happy with Treasure Island! Clean and comfortable rooms. Very easy check in and out. Service is great! Staff is friendly and respectful We will come back here again. We needed a change of rooms when we got here and they accommodated us and sent a sent a staff member up immediately with our new room keys :)
