Overall we had a good experience, but several encounters with staff in the casino were distasteful and unpleasant. They were rude and not always helpful or even nice. I actually stopped gambling after a rude encounter with an employee-- cashed out and left the casino. I don't think I'd ever choose to gamble at the Venetian again after that experience.

The concierge service was excellent! The room was less than what we thought for the $700 plus per night price, however we were willing to pay for it if we were given a better view and the room was perfect. The body wash dispenser in the shower was broken and we were surprised the room didn’t have a coffee maker. Yes, it’s true the added price included the added guest services 4 floors up, but when you’re an earlier riser you have to wait until the good services opened their doors. I would definetly look around more before booking next time!
