Room was VERY far from the parking garage. There was no internet or streaming available so the front desk asked if I wanted to cancel. I didn't, but was surprised they didn't offer a free pastry or muffin with their morning coffee(4 .00 dollars) as a trade. Especially since most places have these ...

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Downtown Albany New York
I want a refund. There was no running water when I arrived. The manager kept saying that the water would be back on in a half hour and a couple hours later said it would still be on in a half hour by morning. It was still not on. I was not able to shower. I was not able to use the toilet.
