NO PRIVACY OR SECURITY IF YOU STAY HERE!

Your privacy and safety will be in jeopardy at this hotel. At 8am Saturday morning we got a knock on our door, mind you the privacy sign was up, this was our first morning there and we were tired from traveling the night before. Before I even had adequate time to open the door the door was opened from the outside by an older gentleman. He asked me if we needed anything which I thought was strange considering the time and the fact that our sign was up. I also was with my husband who is a veteran with rated combat PTSD so this was a triggering situation for him. I took my concerns to the man working the front desk and basically he told me it’s routine for them to knock on all doors regardless of the privacy signs on the doors, called it a “win-lose” situation. Well I’ll never again stay at a hotel where I, the guest, will be put in any “lose” situation. Ruined what should have been a relaxing trip visiting our Air Force son.

A comfortable stay

Clean and comfortable room and beds. Nice and dark when the blinds are down. Hotel was quiet and we slept well. Loved the quirky decor. It is a shame that the pool has been closed in. The air con unit was leaking and the carpet felt wet nearby. Breakfast was adequate but I have had better breakfasts with other hotels.

We were not able to make the trip because my mother in-law is in hospice. She was given 5-7 days last Tuesday. We called the front desk and explained to them that we needed to cancel, but they wouldn’t assist us because we used a third party company. No one used the room. We were at her bedside.

Ok stay but not worth the money

Room door didn't actually shut all the way . We woke up to door open twice. Bathroom door was so crooked on hinge you had to struggle to get out of the bathroom if you shut the door . Carpet was sticky

Downgraded our room and charged same price. Advertise gym however it’s closed off and not accessible, breakfast they put a tray out and if it runs out too bad weather it’s still between hours of service or not. And if you’re there an hour after start time it’s cold. Room would not cool. I do not recommend

Choose another hotel.

The room reeked of mold and mildew. Everyone woke up with headaches and congestion. The breakfast was very poor. We ate a 7:00 and barely anything left and no sign of refilling. Eggs were rubbery. No water for guests.

Room was great!

Everything about our room was fantastic! It was clean and comfy. The only issues we had were that the laundry service and ice machines were not working on any of the floors. We originally thought our key was not working to open the laundry room, so we went to ask the front desk for help. When we asked the front desk about the key, the employee rudely told my spouse that it was because the dryers were not working. He explained that we needed ice at that moment, and he said that wasn't working either so that is why our key didn't work. We understand he may have been frustrated, but it wasn't our fault.
