A Debacle

Well first, some how my last name was misspelled, the hotel claimed by the Hotels.com booking site. Which makes no sense. The desk said no reservations sent me to another Holiday Inn because I was registered there. Went there, no not registered there sent back to first hotel. That’s when the clerk said my name was misspelled and couldn’t find reservations. A debacle!

While the staff were all very nice, and extremely pleasant and accommodating at check-in, the facility itself was poorly kept with many broken items in my room and throughout the entire hotel.
