Tucked away beside a Nature Walk and surrounded by trees and relaxing bird song. You can walk to the town centre or Waitrose within 4 minutes or stay in and relax by the log burner. Longer stays and weekends available on request.
The space
A studio with large open living sleeping space, with log burner, sofa and arm chair. The living room area includes a TV and chair. There is hanging space for guests plus two drawers for storing clothes and items, and a hairdryer for guest use. Towels and bath towels are included. The listing is for 1-2 person occupancy. The bed is a cosy EURO double 140cm with newly purchased mattress and memory foam topper. There are both medium/soft and medium/firm pillows for guests to choose from. In the winter the log burner is supplied with logs and instructions for lighting. The TV can be used for streaming or guests are welcome to sign into their own entertainment accounts. There is super-fast broad band WIFI and a separate desk which can be used for dining or working or both! The Kitchenette is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Guests make use of the many takeaways and restaurants Abingdon has to offer, only a short walk away. The bathroom is equipped with rainfall shower and LED mirror. Parking is right outside and guests have their own entrance to the side of the house. The Studio building is single story and is sectioned off from the rest of the house. It is generally quiet with your immediate neighbour being the nature walk on one side. On the other you may occasionally hear our family when you are in the kitchenette area. We offer an ideal set up for a professional looking for home away from home or regular accommodation. Alternatively a couple on a weekend trip. We would love to host you! Guest access
Entrance to the Studio is located at the left hand side of the property. Through the wooden gate, second grey door on the right. There is a small ramp. The paint is non slip however we encourage guests to take care during wet weather.
Other things to note
There is parking for one vehicle. The space is on one floor with a step down into the main bedroom/living space.
