Use of amplifiers, speakers, or musical instruments outdoors is not permitted at any time.

Please be respectful of neighbors—any disturbances may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

Strictly no smoking inside the property. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and tobacco.

Guests not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight.

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy agreed upon at booking.

Kindly notify us in advance if you expect additional visitors—unauthorized guests may incur extra charges.

Packages or mail deliveries are not allowed at the property.

Please keep all furniture in its original place and use appliances only for their intended purposes.

Maintain the property in good condition; report any damages upon check-in.

All trash must be placed in the designated onsite bins. Failure to dispose of trash properly will result in a fine of AED 500.

The primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the stay.
