On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with island and the living room with a sofa, a double bedroom with bathroom, the laundry room, the indoor swimming pool and the sauna.
On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms (one with French beds and one with single beds, which can be arranged as double bedroom), a bathroom with shower and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with double shower head.
Outside there is a large garden with swimming pool and solarium with sunbeds.
Parking on the spot, fully-fenced property.
Two km away is Acqualagna, the famous truffle capital where you will find excellent restaurants.
With a 20-minute drive you can reach the sea of Fano with beaches, umbrellas, games for children and a bar-restaurant.
