Our stay at the Hotel Alba was okay. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. We were disappointed that our room was missed by house cleaning. We had to go down and ask for fresh towels. The receptionist seemed pretty nonchalant about it all. We were given pool towels to use. Sort of expected more for the price. Location was good to get to the Adelaide Hills with ease and it was a short drive from the airport. Breakfast was mid for the price. Walls were paper thin. Woken up each night by neighbouring rooms stomping around. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

As always, an amazing stay in a perfectly located, superbly clean, excellent service in a beautiful Mediterranean ambience. Will continue to book here on a regular basis, it is a stand-out accommodation option in Adelaide.

Generally the service was good. Our first dining experienced at 'Ela' was a disaster as we waited 1.5 hours for our meal with little by way of update whilst waiting. After this we opted for room service for several meals and were happy with the wait time and the food was excellent.

Horrible music and DJ

Nice, funky room. Good quality finishing touches and great bathroom. Lower rating for me due to horrendous loud music in pool area outside. Banging DJ which could be heard at nightclub levels up on 3rd floor. Then afterwards the lobby music was played so loud it could also be heard up the staircase and through into room corridors. You will need earplugs. Poor soundproofing...and honestly, the DJ playing in the evening is a real mistake. I didn't see any other guests enjoying it....
