The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly within the open-plan layout, making everyday living feel effortless. Sleek cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop, support everything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners. The adjoining dining table creates a natural place to gather, whether for meals or conversation.

Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring soft lighting, plush bedding, and built-in wardrobes for easy storage—plus ducted heating and cooling ensure your year-round comfort. The first bedroom features a queen, while the second is set with a double. The bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and refined finishes that enhance daily routines. A separate laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Guests also have access to shared building facilities, including a pool, sauna, and gym, available subject to building hours and availability. Please note that the jacuzzi is currently unavailable.

Garage parking is available for one vehicle.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
