Room was fine. 1 out of the 6 pillows was useable. Soaps and shampoos had all been watered down. Shampoos didn’t really work anymore as a result. Toilet paper would be put to better use to scuff up walls before painting. Lifts somehow got disabled and locked everyone out and with no 24hr reception on site had to wait more than half an hr to get back into room.
Great central location to public transport, entertainment and to multiple dining venues to suit all budgets. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I feel extremely relaxed after my 5 night stay. This will be my base whenever I return to Adelaide.
the room was spacious. It had everything we needed and even a coffee machine. The parking was close and we got a special discount. The staff were very friendly and helpful/ When we arrived there were lights turned on in the room and TV plaid relaxing music - that was very nice and welcomig
We had a lovely stay over Christmas. The atmosphere was warm and festive, and the service truly stood out. The staff were very attentive and provided little touches of service even before we had to ask, which made our stay feel extra special. Thank you for making our Christmas so comfortable and memorable.

Staff were not overly friendly seemed as though I bothered them upon arriving.
The room itself was great for what I needed for the night, no view and very dark but was all I needed for a last minute room same day!
rooms were very comfortable. bed was good and it was nicew and central and quiet. Hard to get into when you have a car to unload but the guy was very helpful. I wish I was informed at time of booking reception and lift were under construction. other thanthat really nice room with lots of space.

We would highly recommend this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and being in the city centre was convenient for shops and public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately my husband had a minor stroke during our stay and first I booked extra nights and then had to cancel them, which was done despite not being able to give 24 hours notice.
Comfortable stay in a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants & public transport. Staff very helpful & informative. Kitchen nicely equipped.
