The chalet is located on a small chalet park in Afritz am See in southern Carinthia, surrounded by majestic mountains, vast forests and clear blue lakes. It is the ideal place for those who love peace, nature and a holiday full of possibilities. From the chalet, you walk straight to Afritzer See, where manicured beaches, green lawns, jetties and breathtaking mountain views await you.

In the winter months, several popular ski resorts are easily accessible. Bad Kleinkirchheim, just 15 kilometers away, offers 103 km of slopes and modern facilities, perfect for families and avid winter sports enthusiasts. The Gerlitzen Alpe, about 13 kilometers away, is also easy to reach. This sunny ski resort offers some 50 to 55 km of runs and impressive panoramas over the Alps.

But the region has much more to offer than just nature and winter sports. A trip to nearby Villach is definitely worthwhile: here you will find cosy shops, atmospheric terraces and a relaxing thermal spa. The surrounding lakes, such as lake Ossiacher See, lake Millstätter See and lake Faaker See, are also ideal for swimming, water sports or simply enjoying water and sunshine.
