Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming 63 m² duplex apartment for rent in Agde, less than a kilometer from the beach. It has a harbor view and can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
Ground floor
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room (with shower)
- An individual WC
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
First floor:
- Bedroom 2 and 3: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room
Outside :
- A 5 m² loggia, facing south, with a view of the port and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Stroll along the port, just down from the flat
- Boat trips on the UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi from Agde
- Plage De La Conque about 15 min (1 km) away on foot
- Bagnas nature reserve approx. 7 min (5.4 km) by car
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one parking space).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare d'Agde about 12 min (8.6 km) by car.
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport approx. 16 min (15.8 km) away by car.
