This was merely a stop off as it was close to Bas-Armagnac where we had a distillery tour. While we are more interested in French charm, this was more of a modern property but was perfect for our purposes. The room was huge and very clean with a pool view. The bathroom was awesome and even had a tub. The lobby area was nice and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend the property.

Thats a perfect hotel. Very quiet, clean, nice staff. The price was fine. The bedroom was big and modern and clean. The decoration in the hotel was comfortable. Perhaps they could clean the little bassin for the feet outside but otherwise that was great.

Very tired hotel. Location if you dont have transport is very very poor. No buses nearby and taxi's in general in Agen are extremely sparse and very unreliable. Our room had an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom sink. There was o ly one bath towel for two of usThere were no tea bags or milk cartons on the welcome tray and when I went down to reception, they didnt have any English tea bags either. We were supplied with another towel and some milk cartons. The terrace and swimming pool looked uninviting. No work surface for food prep in the room we were in so all needed to be done on the table.

Bonjour, Mon séjour à Agen s'est passé sans chauffage. De ce que l’on m'a indiqué, la panne ne concernait pas que ma chambre mais tout l'hôtel et durait depuis plusieurs jours. 1ère question : pourquoi n'ai-je pas été prévenu en amont avec une solution alternative ? 2ème question : pourquoi ne m'a-t-on pas proposé un chauffage d'appoint à mon arrivée alors que l’hôtel en était équipé et ce d’autant plus que nous avions un nourrissons de 6 mois et une fraîcheur ambiante de 17° J'aimerais être remboursé de mon séjour s'il vous plaît.
