Ilios Villa accommodates up to six guests and combines contemporary design with Cretan charm. The interior includes a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the sea, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The villa has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.



Outdoors, the pool area is perfect for swimming or sunbathing, surrounded by sunbeds and lounge spots. A large terrace features an outdoor dining area with an electric grill, ideal for meals while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.



Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.



Ilios Villa is near Agios Pavlos Beach, known for its pristine waters, and close to the most famous south coast beaches of Rethymno. A secluded Prasonisi Beach is nearby, ideal for walking, swimming, and photography. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are about a 30-minute drive in Spili or Agia Galini villages.



The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car. To fully explore the surrounding region and reach all nearby attractions with ease, renting a car is highly recommended. As some parts of the road are unpaved, an SUV or similar vehicle is advisable to ensure a comfortable and flexible travel experience.
