Spacious prestigious villa with exclusive pool on one level, second row from the sea, surrounded by a private garden and boasting an exceptional panoramic view.
The path from the reserved parking area leads to the entrance patio, where there is a built-in barbecue and an elegant outdoor dining area with a monolithic yellow granite table and a charming sea view.
From the patio you can reach the rooftop solarium, where the view extends from Corsica to Asinara, or access the welcoming double living room with second dining area, fireplace and flat TV. The sea view is also visible from the living room, and even more so from the sea-facing terrace with swimming pool, which separates the house from the garden.
On each side of the living room are two large double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and sea views. A third smaller bedroom is also available, with a French (double) foldaway bed and private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and induction hob.
Maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the Portobello di Gallura residential park (access permitted only to residents or accredited guests; tranquility and privacy are ensured by the 24/7 security service).

COMPLEX RULES
According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency on their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be granted. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members arriving after the check-in time, upon prior communication, may go directly to the gate and state the villa name and the booking surname to gain access.
The use of umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, or similar items is generally prohibited on the beach, as it detracts from the natural beauty of the landscape.
Access for campervans and large vehicles is forbidden. Only passenger cars are permitted.
Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit on the beaches with any type of animal, and it is also prohibited to bathe animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.
Do not throw cigarette butts or matches onto the street: just a small gust of wind can cause dry grass to catch fire and start a blaze.
Inside the complex, it is also forbidden to drive at a speed exceeding 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.
We kindly inform our guests that from mid-September to mid-June, maintenance or renovation works may take place in some areas of the complex.Most of the time, these are light and non-noisy activities. However, we are not informed in advance about the type of work or the possible noise level.
