Front desk staff lovely and welcoming. Stayed in room 99. Opened the door (handle not working properly, and a slightly musty smell in the room. Opened the sliding door and fine when it was (no screen sadly) to let fresh air in. It was fine after that. Cleanliness good but room overall needs some general maintenance (grout/silicone needs cleaning from small bits of mould)

I've stayed a few times before and previously enjoyed it, this time I noticed the facility aging. Car park was smelly. Bowls at breakfast were dirty for continental breakfast. The rooms were tidy. Staff were nice.

Overall the resort is very nice though the pool needed some maintenance and cleaning. Our room had a great layout & comfortable bed. Kitchen utensils were mimimal but adequate. If you wanted to use the verandah spa management required an additional $50. A bit steep!

Desing of the complex is odd in that our room faced the outside of the complex and accessed through an internal hallway. Very seperate from the pool area. Building work next door was elevated and impacted privacy.

Loved everything about our stay here, the room, the pool, the staff, the bar/restaurant !!!!!!! Only gave a mark of 3 stars for the breakfast as we didnt have breakfast and there was no option to say that.

Poor quality - Over priced should be 2 star rated

Over priced and over rated. I was really looking forward to staying here but it was a huge disappointment. Will not recommend to anyone and will never stay again. Dirty and poor quality, add in way too many phone calls, emails and messages to be reminded of the rules, absolutely ridiculous.

Lovely resort but definitely needs a little bit of TLC around the fabulous pool area. Chairs were all broken and pool looked like it needed a good vacuum. The rooms were a really good size and well equipped. Would definitely recommend it.

Planned a romantic night with my partner for his birthday. Only to find out in room spa was out of order. Went to reception and was told they have no other rooms available with working spa. Another negetive was a charge of $50 to use the spa on the balcony of the room!

Lovely accomodations, clean, comfortable, with friendly, helpful, staff. Although it was an extra cost, I was able to use one of power points in the carpark to (slow) charge my electric vehicle. They should really promote this option, to EV owners, as it is at least an hour away from the nearest public charger.
