Lovely resort but definitely needs a little bit of TLC around the fabulous pool area. Chairs were all broken and pool looked like it needed a good vacuum. The rooms were a really good size and well equipped. Would definitely recommend it.

Planned a romantic night with my partner for his birthday. Only to find out in room spa was out of order. Went to reception and was told they have no other rooms available with working spa. Another negetive was a charge of $50 to use the spa on the balcony of the room!

Lovely accomodations, clean, comfortable, with friendly, helpful, staff. Although it was an extra cost, I was able to use one of power points in the carpark to (slow) charge my electric vehicle. They should really promote this option, to EV owners, as it is at least an hour away from the nearest public charger.

We did a pool access room. My kids really enjoyed that. We did not try the hotel restaurant as i saw mixed reviews online. The only thing that was a con for me was that there wasnt an actual dryer in my apartment.

Nice for a few days. But they need to improve their systems. On arrival we were given a room that was not made up, very messy from last guests. They moved us to the road side, very noisy. Day 2 while resting in afternoon a stranger opened our door, he was given our room, showed the number on key, I rang reception to complain. Later that day our key stopped working despite booked and paid until the next day.

Beautiful apartment very well situated we had a swim out which would be ideal in summer but as it was winter the pool was rather chilly. But there was a hot tub that was very pleasant. Great location for families large pool going right around or bottom level. How was the TV that was non-functional and a lounge that was set up when there was only two of us. Called reception and the lounge was sorted out within an hour or two but the TV was never sorted. Was offered a discount for a future. stay but we don’t intend on staying was also offered complimentary breakfast but we’d already checked out so that would’ve been nice to know of the complimentary breakfast before checking out. Was then told that they would contact head office and possibly get some sort of reduction in the cost that was six days ago not heard a single word. I’m don’t think that that would be coming.
