Tämä ainutlaatuinen neljän makuuhuoneen talo on täydellinen paikka nauttia paratiisista. Se istuu kauniilla matalalla rannalla, josta on upea näköala ja yksityinen ranta. Kirjaimellisesti mennä alas kuistin portaita viidentoista askeleen ja olet rannalla!

Suuri valtameren katettu kuisti ja aurinkoterassi on runsaasti tilaa auringonottoon, ulkona ruokailuun ja nauttia pina coladas. Rentoudu riippumatot, kuuntele aaltojen kaatumista, kun katsot pelikaaneja, jotka pyytävät kalaa, ja surffaajat ottavat aallot. Grillaa tuoretta kalaa hiiligrillissä. Yöllä anna aaltojen äänet unohtaa sinut nukkumaan ja aamulla hauta kuppi kahvia ja vie rauhassa kävellä rannalla (on kilometrejä rannasta kumpaankin suuntaan).

Sol Rico sijaitsee turvallisella alueella Porta del Solin matkailualueella saaren länsipuolella Aguadan kunnassa (lähellä Rinconia). Kiinteistö sijaitsee 25 minuutin päässä Aguadilla Airport (BQN) ja alle kahden tunnin päässä Luis Munoz Marin Airport (SJU) San Juan.

Talossa on neljä makuuhuonetta, kolme kylpyhuonetta, täysin varustettu keittiö, astianpesukone, WiFi ja aidattu pysäköintialue kahdelle autolle. Ilmastointi kaikissa huoneissa.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Sandy Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Talon säännöt

Absolutely no parties of any kind are allowed, no birthday parties, no weddings, no receptions. Do not tape ballons or anything on the walls.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Pleasd do no loud music or excessive noise. Furniture or chaise loungers cannot be moved from the terrazza.
Only registered guests may use the property (10 max). There will be a $35 fee/extra guest/day charged for any unregistered guest.

Great house with phenomenal ocean access and a beach to walk on in both directions. There were no beach toys provided, although there was a room for them so perhaps they just need to be restocked. The surf was rougher than in some protected areas, but still swimmable. The kitchen was beautifully equipped. You need a car to get to the grocery store. The post that I looked at did not show all four bedrooms, but the host sent the pictures to me separately when requested.There are enough beds for 11 people if everyone is coupled up. That would be a bit tight. We had eight people and it was great.We did have one issue and had to call the manager. A couple showed up quickly and took care of all repairs very efficiently.

Short PR Surf Trip

We had a short break and wanted to be able to surf the Rincon area. This property was situated centrally between Domes and Los Jobos. We found the host to be extremely responsive and pleasant. The property was suitably equipped and had a great view of the sea in AGUADA. Unbeknownst to us, the property is situated adjacent to a wildlife preserve. Walks along the beach collecting glass found few others present on the beach. There were restaurants within five minutes, providing fresh seafood and beautiful views of the ocean. I would strongly recommend this property for a family getaway.

High school graduation surf party

Our families stayed in the beautiful side by side beach houses in Aguada, PR. No need to leave these amazing beach houses. The sun and surf are at your fingertips and amazing food (street food, bakeries and beach restaurants) are within walking distance. Read a book on one of the comfortable hammocks or on the beach with the surf hitting your toes. Clean, modern and all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to our very minimal needs. The house has plenty of room for 6 (Sleeps 8) We had 6 adults-3 generations. I highly recommend Casa Sol Rico Dos and for multi families/ friends rent the Casa Sol Rico Uno too!!

Great family stay

We had a great stay on the quiet, private beach. The house had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the house along with a cool charcoal grill set up. Close enough to Rincon and Aguadilla to get to all the surf breaks. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had.

A wonderful Place with a Wonderful View

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The host was extremely easy to contact and we had no issues throughout our stay. The place itself is clean and well kept. Beach towels, bathroom towels, and kitchen amenities were all clean and organized. The best part was the view of the ocean from the porch, absolutely amazing!

Nice property

Lovely clean property and great views. Unfortunately the beach, which we were looking forward to, was not safe enough to swim in. Lots of wood all over the sand and water was not as clear as other beaches in Puerto Rico.

We rented the house for a beach trip getaway for a week. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Lay out of house was nice, and we spent most of our time on the huge outside deck. The house is directly on the beach. When the surf is up one can enjoy watching the surfers catching the waves! We swam in tbe water when it was calm,but there are better swimming beaches close by. Location was perfect for day trips to area attractions. Ernesto, our host, was helpful, friendly, and takes good care of his property.

Hidden gem, could not have been better. A++

Our family and friends could not stop gushing about how great this place was. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in paradise. There's a fantastic surfing break right out the back door and there's always someone surfing out there. The walks on the beach in both directions are epic. You can even swim at this beach! Not typical for the area, usually too rocky. Everything about this stay was top-notch. If you do stay here, don't forget there's an additional full bath on the outside of the house, next to the laundry room. Ernest was very communicative and helpful. His dinner recommendations were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this place!

Great Family Getaway

This location was the perfect getaway for my family and friends. We had three small children with us and the property was safe and very conveniently located. It doesn't get better than walking right out onto the beach every morning and grilling on the deck at night. The sounds of the Ocean fill the house all day which was so relaxing and when we did need to work, the wifi worked perfectly. It's a very quiet neighborhood with a very private beach. There is delicious local food within a 5 minute drive. Great vacation and I hope to be back soon!
