Welcome to The Werner House, a historic gem dating back to 1905. Once the residence of Edward Paul Werner, this magnificent building is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Step inside and be transported to another era, where timeless beauty and craftsmanship have been preserved for over a century.
As you enter, the grand staircase and original woodwork greet you in the foyer, setting the tone for the entire home. The expansive living room boasts an original marble fireplace, soaring ceilings, and an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Through the original pocket doors, you'll find the elegant dining room, complete with built-in cabinetry, a large dining table, and a bar cart—ideal for hosting memorable gatherings. The main floor also offers two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom featuring an original clawfoot tub. This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
