Hotel was clean but it snowed a lot that weeekend so tracked in alot of access water in lobby and elevator which made slippery at times. Staff was really nice.

Room smelled terribly, so did the hallway. The room seemed very neglected, the bathroom vent was hanging out of the wall, there was a large gap under the door, the shower got visibly cleaner as it ran, the fridge had clearly not been cleaned for a while, and seemed generally run down.

The rooms were not very clean, there was black mold on the shower head. It smelled of marijuana daily. The floors were not mopped daily and I understand it’s in the wintertime but the elevator floor was dirty as well. I will never stay here again when I return to Ohio.
