On 3 floors it has a comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen with a cooking island, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 very modern bathrooms and can accommodate 5 people. It also has Wi-Fi, a fireplace, television, a cot and a highchair. The highlight of the accommodation is the existence of approximately 400 year old wooden elements and stone walls, which have been retained in some parts of the house to provide a cozy and special atmosphere. The floor is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring to ensure absolute well-being and in the basement you will find an inviting wine cellar where you can enjoy local wine specialties, as well as a fireplace and a barbecue with a dining table. The unique location in the village of Alà dei Sardi in the interior of the island allows you to easily reach shops, restaurants and bars on foot. The Costa Smeralda with its beautiful beaches like the Spiaggia La Cinta, with its turquoise water and white sand, is 40 minutes away by car.



Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. This holiday home is the only one available for rent in the area. In the middle of May the Rally World Championship takes place in the area. On request 6 people can sleep in the accommodation. Nearby there are centuries-old cork oaks and archaeological sites to visit.
