This villa, located between land and sea, is less than 15 minutes from the nearest beach, 10 minutes from Ajaccio, and 20 minutes from the airport. Completely renovated in 2024 by an architect, it combines modernity with tranquility in a charming village. Set on a 1700 m² (18,299 sq.ft) plot, the villa offers 230 m² (2,476 sq.ft) of living space.
On the garden level (pool level), you'll find a welcoming lounge with a sofa and TV, along with 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower room or bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a sea view, while the other two bedrooms overlook the patio.
The main level features a lounge, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (two refrigerators and a wine cellar), as well as a terrace. An additional guest toilet and two bedrooms with private shower rooms complete this floor.
On the top floor, there is a room for teenagers or children equipped with two bunk beds and a shower room. The welcoming and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces include an infinity pool measuring 15 x 5 m (49 x 16 ft), with heating available out of season. The semi-covered outdoor kitchen, with pergola and canisse, is fully equipped (barbecue, plancha, sink, dishwasher, ice maker) and features a large table for convivial meals with family or friends.
