Gîte le Plomb du Cantal

This very large 300 m2 gîte on two levels, with independent access, will seduce you with its location and its ideal space for large tribes!. Facing the Plomb du Cantal and its Alpine ski area, but also at the foot of the cross-country ski slopes of the Prat de Bouc domain and the ski lifts, you will be won over by the wild and natural side of the site.
On the ground floor you will find a large convivial dining room, an equipped kitchen corner with filter coffee maker and senseo, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher..., a living room with flat screen TV, a separate toilet and a storage room for ski equipment. You can enjoy a shared laundry room.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140X200, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 80X200 that can be joined into 160X200 and finally 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds 80X200 as well. This accommodation has on this level a sanitary area with three sinks, two enclosed showers and a separate toilet. The heating is central and gas.
You will also find right next door the Buron de Prat de Bouc to eat and taste the Auvergne specialties.
5km away you can find a grocery store and 10 km away the village of Murat will offer you its shops and services.
