Great amenities, Four Square, Patisserie and Pub inside the complex. Clearly marked car parking spaces. Only improvement is my brother said the king bed had a dip in it. So maybe time to renew the mattresses.

Limited check in times. Busy & noisy environment. Noisy refrigerator which was not easy to switch off & which only contained small sachets of UHT milk ( hardly needs a refrigerator) Expensive for the limited facilities and poor service.

We had an executive studio with a King bed, perfect for an overnight stay. The studio was warm, clean and comfortable. I loved the rainhead shower, which had excellent pressure. As part of the complex there is a takeaway shop, 4 square, liquor store, tavern, laundromat and the excellant Pembroke Patisserie, which meant we were able to have dinner and breakfast within walking distance. The complex is also close to the Clutha river walking track which we loved.

Warm, clean and comfortable room with great shared facilities and handy access to dining options along with a convenience store, bottle store and laundramat. Easy simple check in with parking directly outside our room. Very very happy with our stay and will return.

The property is excellent, however the cleaning was far below par! The rubbish bin hadn't been emptied from the previous customer, I then inspected the linen and I'm not convinced the this was changed. Thank you
