○ A fee of $100 per person per night applies to any unreserved guest. ○ No smoking of any kind in or around the house.It will result in a $500 fine
○ Unless there is an agreed change in checkout time, if Guest does not checkout at the standard checkout time. A fee of $50.00 per hour to be applied.

Had everything we needed

The home was lovely and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient and the home was on the newer side and well built. We enjoyed the big windows as well as the air conditioning. Communication with the owner was great.
