COMMUNITY AMENITY WRISTBAND FEE
Our home is located in Indian Mountain Lakes HOA which has pools, lakes, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds and walking trails. It costs $10 per person (ages 6 and up) to purchase amenity wristbands. This fee is not included in your reservation and it will be optional to purchase the wristbands from the community when you arrive if you chose to use the amenities.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a couple locked owner's closets.
Other things to note
- Rental Agreement: you will be asked to fill out a rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask to list all guests names staying in the home, if children are under the age of 5 years old and license plate information for all cars coming to the home. This form is required by the community Indian Mountain Lakes in order to register your stay. You will be asked to agree to all our house rules and there is an amenities wavier that is a part of this agreement that must be signed.
- Guest Verification: We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.
- Amenity Wristbands: In order to use all community amenities such as the lakes, pools, all courts and walking trail, guests must purchase community wristbands upon arrival. This is optional and only necessary if you plan to use the community amenities Memorial Day- Labor Day. The wristbands cost $10 per person and last for the duration of your stay. Children under the age of 6 years old do not need wristbands.
-We do not accommodate prom parties.
- We do not provide propane for the grill. Upon booking will provide instructions on the closest places to refill or switch out the tank if the propane is low. Please do not use charcoals in the grill or fire pit area.
- The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months. Please consider this when booking your trip during those months. We suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip at the time of booking. We do not give refunds or change dates due to weather, medical related issues or family emergencies.
- All concierge services such as Private Chef, Massages, Jewelry Parties, Luxury Picnics, Professional Photo Sessions, etc. are subject to availability and not guaranteed when booking.
