No Sleep - too loud

It was not good. I couldnt sleep due to the homeless across the street yelling and hollering. Then, there were so many cars racing and dragging and revving up their engines and showing off how loud they are. When I complained the staff just looked at me and said sorry. It was terrible, I will not book again and steer people away. I wonder if my room was on the other side or facing the a different direction, would Iit be different? lastly you have to pay for valet, they have no parking and the parking across the street is next to all the homeless. It didn’t feel safe. And when they had their farmers market on Saturday you had to move your car. It wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt so sketchy. I dont know - I seriously hated my time there.

There was no parking on premise and you have to pay. There was a literal fight outside while I was checking in with my kids. The park out side the hotel is a homeless encampment. I couldn't wait to leave.

There is no phone in the room to easily connect to the front desk and when you call you can't get through. You can text but then you have to wait. Extremely loud. Noise didn't stop until 5am. Staff is very friendly. Room was beautiful. No street parking available and it took 30 minutes to retrieve my car from valet. No comp breakfast. Had to leave early due to noise, but the did waive the penalty, which was extremely kind. I think it's designed for a younger crowd, not weary travelers. Music in restaurant was also very loud and they are not allowed to adjust the volume. Overall bad experience.

BRIE IS THE BEST!

Arrive Hotel Albuquerque is beautiful, but the real standout is the manager (Brie)— went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel with large bathroom and comfortable bed. Close access to dining. Our only complaint was the hot rod cars revving their engines extremely loudly and screeching their tires till 1am. Very hard to sleep. I'm not going back. I'm not sure if this is only on the weekend nights.

everything about this place was fabulous! Every single person on the staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They even brought a bed and bowls for my dog to the room! The minibar selection was just right! the pool was great. the restaurant delicious. The vibe was awesome. highly recommend! Watch out for the sharp corners on the platform beds, though… Lol
