Nauti upeasta Modern Southwest Plazasta, joka tunnetaan nimellä El Altos.  Tämä Irvie Homes -hotelli on täynnä tekniikkaa, sisustusta ja tarpeita, jotta jokainen oleskelu olisi ilo. Tämä koti on täysin varustettu keittiö, jättiläiset televisiot kaikissa huoneissa, sekä Amazon Alexan henkilökohtaiset avustajat koko kiinteistössä.  Älytelevisiot sisältävät Netflix- ja Amazon Prime -kirjastokirjastot.  Paikallisia kanavia on saatavana myös virtalähteiden kautta.

Ostimme tämän kiinteistön erillisen Modern Southwest -teeman mielessä. Vuoden 2019 lopulla teimme täydellisen peruskorjauksen uudella keittiöllä, uusilla parkettilattiat, upouudet huonekalut ja elektroniikka ladattiin koko kiinteistölle.

Vietimme paljon aikaa ja vaivaa hankkiaksemme paikallisia taideteoksia ja joitain Modern Southwest -teemanäytteitä. Sekoitan joitain vanhoja ja uusia teoksia, se todella antaa makua New Mexico.

Sinulla on pääsy koko omaisuuteen lukuun ottamatta joitain hyllyjä autotallissa, jossa varastoimme tarvikkeita.

Kesäkuukausina sinulla on myös pääsy uima-altaalle, joka sijaitsee suoraan takapihan portin kautta.

Meillä on kokopäiväinen kiinteistönhoitaja, joka on tarvittaessa käytettävissä kysymyksiin ja kiinteistöapuun.  Vaimoni Yaneth ja asumme Albuquerquessa ja olemme käytettävissä tarvittaessa.  Tavoitteesi on varmistaa, että sinulla on fantastinen kokemus jokaisesta vierailustasi.  Jos luet arvosteluitamme, uskon, että näet vieraanvaraisuuden ja sitoutumisen tason, jota teemme. 

Naapurustossa on useita ruokakauppoja, kuten ituja, kokonaisia ruokia, Smithiä ja Walmartia. Siellä on myös kymmeniä paikallisia ravintoloita, jotka tarjoavat uskomattomia ruokia kohtuuhintaan.  Joitakin alueen suosikkiravintolamme ovat Casa Taco, Stripes Burritos & Biscuits, Monroes, Scarpas, Thai Vegan, Siam Cafe, Trombinos, Bistro Italiano, Buffet King & Sadies. 

Albuquerque on hyvin hajautettu pääkaupunki. Ajoneuvojen kuljetus on hyvä. Voit käyttää vuokra-autoa tai luottaa Uberiin ja Lyftiin.  Siellä on paljon julkista liikennettä, ja San Mateo ja Akatemia ovat tärkeitä käytäviä.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Cliff's Amusement Park. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Fabulous Stay at El Altos - Albuquerque

We had a fantastic extended stay at this property! The townhouse was great - very clean, fully equipped kitchen and 4 large bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The hosts and property manager were very communicative, check-in/out were easy and there is a notebook with all relevant information for the property in the kitchen. The location was also perfect - close to I-25 and North East outiside activities, but also very easy to get to downtown and North West. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit!

Family visit

We really enjoyed this property! This townhome was just perfect for visiting with our family. The bedrooms are so comfortable and the master shower was heaven after a very cold morning balloon ride. Cozy House

We had some issues but nothing that was not addressed with the managers. They responded quickly when contacted. A couple of things, nit deal breakers but would be more convenient. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a main floor laundry so a laundry basket or 2 would have been helpful for transporting laundry up and down. There was one board game so onna down day, the game of Life got boring real fast. Kitchen was equipped but could use a few more better condition pans for cooking in. The closed off floor plan between the kitchen and living area was not the best but we made it work. And the railing going up the stairs are pretty wide. My 1 year old niece came over and stuck her head right between the spindles, didnt get stuck but still a little safety issue. Overall we had a good stay justvlittle things but not deal breakers.

Great Locaition

Checkin process was easy. The house was clean. There was a keurig with pods, and even bottled water in the fridge! Location was great.Close to our job in Bernalillo and very convenient to restaurants and the airport. Would definitely stay her again!

Absolutely loved it!

The place was spacious, clean and everything we needed. I got my best sleep of this whole vacation on these beds. The neighborhood was quiet. Carl came by and checked on things. We enjoyed sitting on the patio after a long day out. The place was big enough for the kids who were getting vacation tired to get away from everyone for a while in their own space. Our only regret was we didn’t get to spend more time exploring the area.

Family gathering

We rented both the Altos and Plaza properties with 5 adults and 1 child in one property, and 3 adults in the other property. Since they were right next door to each other, it was so convenient to see each other, coordinate activities and the location was great for the places we needed to go to. The kitchen was one of the best stocked that we had rented.

Great place for our family. Kids ages 7, 11,13

Carl was the property manager/representative. Nothing but professional and prompt. Easy check-in process and he was communicating the day of arrival proactively. Additionally, there was a courtesy check-in after a day or two to ask if we needed anything. The pool is easily visible from the back porch. Also, the community pool has all sorts of floatation tubes for all family members. Nice touch. Central air helped keep the home very cool, and there are several different pillow options. The property is close to a golf course with a four-mile walk-around sidewalk. Also, there is a kids' public park next to the golf course about a mile from the property. We would stay at any of the other Irvie Home properties they offer based on our experience with Carl.

Beautiful home and excellent location

I would rent this home again. We had a family vacation for 7 and enjoyed everything about this home. The location had a beautiful view of the mountains, private patio and a pool to enjoy. The area was very quiet and peaceful. You will be missing out on a great home if you don’t stay here.

Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped for travelers. We cooked in the kitchen and appreciated how convenient it was to have everything we needed! We had an issue with the garage door during our stay, and even though I said it wasn’t a big issue, Carl was so quick to respond and come out to take a look the next morning. I appreciate the pride they take in their property and responsiveness! Highly recommend staying here!
