We always stay at the Embassy everytime we go to ABQ this was our first time to experience a Bad rm it was freezing in our rm our Air Cond. was not working , bathtub was clogged up to our angles, and one of the beds was extremely DIRTY. all the days we stayed. other than that breakfast was great staff was friendly.

Not worth it

Check in was ok then get to the room and the it was 80 degrees in there so and after 2 hours the temp dropped only 1 degree called front desk and they said maintenance would be up they never showed ended up staying the night in a room that was 79 degrees then the next morning only one elevator was working so it would take 20+minutes to get up or down and I am recovering from a major knee surgery so there was no way I am able to take the stairs

Freeway traffic wasn't heard, but noisy kids & guests going to and fro swimming pool. Fast omelet service. Front desk staff aren't exceptionally friendly. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location, close to Old Town, Uptown, freeway exits and extrances.

Everything was excellent except for the shower water pressure. It took a long time to was my hair and complete my shower. Everyone was friendly from the check in to when we checked out. Even with the emergency at 11:30 pm.

Elvators werent working properly. Throw up in the one we kept getting on. Fire alarms going off for an hour in the middle of the night waking up our toddler for the rest of the night
