The Querque was a fine overnight for a late arrival before moving on to our next destination. Needs some upgrades but a great deal and front desk service was friendly. Was able to use the pool and small workout area, coffee and muffin for breakfast.

Spacious Rooms

The room was so big and spacious! The beds were probably the most comfortable ones we slept in on this road trip of New Mexico! We LOVED the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The treadmills weren’t working but the stair master was a great alternative and the TV in there helped me get through my workout. I loved The entire property. It’s connect with Crowne Plaza and we get the benefits of using their outdoor pool and their workout room which I never ventured to but loved the price we paid for all they had to offer. The breakfast was grab and go style as well and their muffins were good!

The staff was friendly but the ares didnt feel too safe plus noticed cockroaches outside while I was smoking. I didn't see any roaches inside but wasn't easy sleeping that night worried about it.

Seemed to be a good location. Easy to get in and out. It is a really big property so if you can’t tote your bags long distances I’d suggest asking for a room close to and exit and/or close to parking

They were on a manhunt for the killer 10 mins away; no commutation about safety procedures just acting like things were normal. Walmart staff was acting weird so I found out on the National news why but my friends have been part of mass shootings and i would reflected on your safety procedures and at least locked down to one entrance that could be watched better.

The check in was fine. As soon as we walked in to our room a cacaroach ran across the floor. I called the front desk and was moved to the room next door. My kids had white socks on and their socks were very quickly dirty on the bottom. You can tell the carpets have not been cleaned in a while.

Technology not working

There was an issue with the internet and their television provider. Was at hotel to just relax, enjoy some down time but with have the TV stations not available to offer a variety it was boring. Tried the internet on several occasions and sometimes it work to connect to the hotels system and other times it would not connect. They offered the Crowne Plaza internet as an option but did not provide how to ask for permission to log on through them
