The hotel is trying hard to make the old building nice. The staff is very friendly and professional, and everything is clean. But the ghetto shows up in the small things. The office chair was torn to shreds, the drawers wouldn't close, the faucet handle in the bathroom would just come off when you tried to turn the water on... Also, the pool was broken when we got there, and even though the hot tub and sauna were still open... it just smelled musty and the water was cloudy. This place is a bit rough.

The staff was nice, but the room was not what I expected. I went off reviews from hotels.com and they were very good. The shower didn’t work right and it was just older that the pictures and reviews made it seem. It was okay for the price and a one night stay.

The room was in not good shape, the window did not fully close so all the air was coming into the room. The internet was unstable for 5 consecutive days. In our check in the staff in the front desk made a mistake and charge me twice for the stay, the manager had to help me to solve the problem. I had been a frequent customer into the Querque for 4 year in a row and this was our worst experience.

Room gross and old, shower sprayed everywhere, internet out, no hot water, indoor pool and hot tubs closed, property unsafe, people loud and banging doors all night, smelled like people were smoking cigarettes and marijuana inside. Would not return if it was free.
