You’re welcomed into a small hall with the door to the double on your left and to the living/kitchen/dining room on the right with the main bedroom and bathroom beyond. Hard flooring runs throughout and there’s a cupboard with space for coats and games and a jigsaw for fun times.

LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Cleverly designed, this contemporary room has a circular table in the bay window with a window seat and a couple of chairs so you can gaze out to sea whilst dining in the comfort of your own home. The kitchen runs along one wall and is well-equipped for catering at home with an integrated electric oven and hob with extractor above, a slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge (three shelves and a salad drawer), a small freezer (43 litres) above, a Brewsly filter machine, a toaster and kettle. A comfortable two-seater sofa and a couple of extra chairs invite you to relax in front of the electric coal effect fire and enjoy your favourite programme on the smart TV offering Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and Rakuten with your own account. There's additional entertainment with a Bluetooth speaker and a stereo system with a CD player and radio.

MAIN BEDROOM
The king size bed takes pride of place in this crisp clean bedroom sitting quietly at the back of the apartment. A large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, plus bedside drawers and a chest of drawers give ample storage for you to unpack and settle in. There are also a couple of extra chairs by the window so you can sit with a good book and bit of peace and quiet, or move them to the dining table if you have visitors.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
Relax in the luxurious free standing slipper bath which has a hand shower over it. The room’s also fitted with a WC, wash basin, shelves for your toiletries and has a window giving natural light.

FRONT BEDROOM
Wake to the sun rising over the sea in this lovely light room which has a window seat so you can make the most of the view. The bed’s a double and there’s a good sized wardrobe with a shelf and a drawer for your clothes.

Sitting between the bedroom and the utility room; fitted with a double shower cubicle (with a lip into it) with both a fixed and hand held shower heads, a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail (towels are provided).

OUTSIDE
Watch the world go by whilst sitting on the patio which runs along the front of the apartment with just Crag Path between you and the beach, a fish shack conveniently opposite, and the high street literally round the corner. There are four rattan chairs with cushions and a dining table and four chairs for dining in the sea air.
