1. I was on the third floor, and there were no elevators. This was not disclosed in the description. 2. The carpet in the bedroom had apparently not been vacuumed, and the kitchen, although tidy, overall, it was not clean. The cloth countertop cover was filthy and I had to pre-wash any dish or silverware before using it. The refrigerator was dirty. 3. The resident who lives there never locked the front door, even at night. He said that it’s a safe community. I would feel much safer if the front door was locked.

Cali Stay

I was visiting California from North Carolina & came across this cute little shared apartment. It was very nice to stay at, owner of the apartment loves to keep it toasty but other than that he was very nice and helpful with any of my questions while I was there.

This is a Shared Space

No were did it says this was a shared space when I booked this place. I walked in to two children sleeping in the pullout couch. Contact person had broken english, which was hard to commuicate with face to face. Asking for a full refund.
