The room was clean and beds comfortable however the tv remotes in our room didn’t work and after notifying the front desk, 30 minutes went by without anyone coming to fix the issue. No one ever showed up to fix it after a second complaint. The pool was closed for renovation. That was not posted anywhere at time of booking and I wouldn’t have booked there if I’d known as my kids enjoy swimming when we go away. I mentioned that to guest services and was told “oh well we have a sign posted on the door. Sorry”. In the future I’ll stick to the Marriott. I always have a great experience with them.
