Amalfi Gem is a large villa in Amalfi situated in a very quiet and panoramic setting, only five minutes\' walk from the town center. It is an ancient monastery that has been completely restored with taste and a beautiful sense of proportion. A small path with about 100 steps leads directly to the property and assistance is available for luggage service and for those with mobility issues. The Amalfi beach is also five minutes away on foot. Villa Amalfi Gem can accommodate 24 guests with its 12 ensuite bathrooms. You will never tire of the sweeping views of the Amalfi Coast!

You will have the exclusive use of the property with 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms for up to 18 people.

GROUND FLOOR:
Outside: large half-covered terrace with lounge corners and chaises lounges. External pizza oven and sink, tables and chairs, and external shower.

Inside: large living area with access to the terrace, smaller living room, ½ bathroom. Three steps lead up to the large and fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine). From the living room, up 20 steps, there is one double bedroom with private terrace and enclosed bathroom.

2ND FLOOR:
15 steps lead to this level where there are five double bedrooms and two suites. This level has an independent access from the path leading to the property.

3RD FLOOR:
14 more steps lead to the second level where there is one suite and one more double bedroom.

4TH FLOOR:
11 steps lead up to the third and last level where there are two double bedrooms (smaller than the others but with private terrace). The 2nd and 3rd level have a private access as well from the path that leads to the property through the villa vineyard.

All rooms have either window or balcony sea views and a small refrigerator.

Amenities include: AC/heating, hair dryers in each bathroom, Internet ADSL wireless connection in the living room, cable connection in all the bedrooms, safe in each room, Satellite TV (in each room), DVD, pizza oven, car parking for 2 cars (extra car with fee), elevator from the coastal street to reach the property, 12 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
