Villa Sole di Amalfi, amazing property situated only 3.5 km from the centre of town, wonderful and peaceful position offering to its guest an enchanting view of the coast! Surrounded by the characteristic vegetation of the region the property develops in different levels of garden terraces all facing the sea, full of flowers such as bougainvillea, geranium, olive threes, pines. There are total of three terraces on which guests can enjoy a unique view relaxing on the built-in marble table and sits which make also a perfect spot for al fresco meals.

On the last terrace below is where the private swimming pool is (8x4 mt), equipped with sun lounges, two external showers. On a little corner terrace, just above the pool is the Jacuzzi bath for 4 people, the first terrace also offers a covered area with some gym equipment.

The house on its interiors consist into two units the main villa and its dependence for a total of 250 sqm inside and a 550 sqm of garden and terraces.
The villa also features a private parking spaces for 2/3 medium car size entrance is due an electric gate.

The villa furniture is elegant and very comfortable, the living area as sofas and flat screen Sat. TV French doors give access to the first terrace overlooking the sea.

The dining room as a large round table which can host up to 12 people, it is connected to the terrace and as well to the fully equipped kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French door opening directly to the terrace.

On the left of the sitting room a small corridor leads to two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower, one has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace. On the right side of the living area there is one other double bedroom with esnuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and sea view. The forth bedroom in the main house is situated on the floor above of the living room connected by internal marble staircase, it features double bed and an additional sofa bed for one single, private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

The annex consists in two bedrooms (one double and the other with twin beds) each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Every bedrooms has its satellite TV, there is a. working area equipped with pc and print machine; the house is fully air conditioned, free GYM equppment, Barbeque facility, parking space for 3 regular cars or 2 mini vans;

Amalfi 3 km with all services included the ferry to Positano, Sorrento and Capri, Ravello 8 Km, Sorrento 32 Km, Salerno 30 Km, Positano 20 Km, Naples airport 60 Km, Rome Fiumicino 320Km. The 2 nearest restaurants are situated at about 300 mt. far from the villa.

Rental roles:
Minimum stay: 7 nights arrival day Saturday.
Check in: from 14:00 to 19:00 A late check in is possible upon request at the extra price of Euro 100,00; Check out: by 10:00
A refundable security deposit of € 1500 will be required upon arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.

Tourist tax: payable locally in cash is Euro 3,00 per person per night. (Children under 10 years of age are exempt)
