The staff is nice and courtueous, but I dont think hotels are aware that if they do keep dogs no matter what floor that barking should be maintained at all hours. These people have to take their dogs out at all hours of the night so it does tend to be disruptive to guests. and if you are on the first floor, they are using that side entrance where the door slams shut so that woke me up. I did mention it to the staff about the dog barking at 4:30 am. but she said no dogs are on first floor. That has nothing to do with someone who needs to take their dog out on annnnyyyy floor. I left early this morning and a dog a barking on the first floor, the guest is not even trying to shut the dog up and continues until they go outside. I didn't sleep well so I cannot stay at this hotel. thanks
