Disliked: Cleanliness
This is a decent place to stay if you go in with expectations in check. It’s roomy and cozy, with conveniences like a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven/microwave, and some cooking equipment. Lighting is good, lots of outlets is a plus. Internet functions fine, don’t expect blazing speed but certainly adequate. Easy access to dumpsters/recycling is also great. Local area is cute and walkable, convenient if small town shopping is your bag. Be aware parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle.
The furnishings could use a little updating and the unit itself needs a deep clean. Walking around barefoot left me with visibly dirty feet which is, well, gross. The dishes, etc that are supposed to be cleaned (by the occupant btw) were certainly not clean, with food remnants/water still on these items which required washing prior to use. Towels are rough, need a new set soon. Bed is on the small size for two, so if you’re a larger human(s) it’s something to consider. Also note the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs, if you have issues with stairs you’ll have issues here.
In general, we enjoyed the stay but communication with the property management flat out stinks. They only provided one roll of toilet paper (no toiletries so bring your own) and when we inquired if more was available, they didn’t respond for 24+ hours with what felt like a chatbot. And at that point, we’d already bought more so not helpful. I can’t imagine if anything bigger had cropped up.
