Just a stone's throw from Amboise's historic center, close to the train station, and in a peaceful neighborhood, our 146 m², two-story home is ideal for family or friend getaways. Its location allows you to explore the stunning Loire Valley Castles.

Bright and Spacious Ground Floor

Upon arrival, you’ll be charmed by the bright ground floor, bathed in sunlight from its four large south-facing windows. Enjoy our spacious 50 m² living area, carefully decorated and offering:

• A cozy living room with a large sofa, two reimagined Louis XIII-style armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. For young and old alike, a foosball table is also available, perfect for sharing relaxing moments with family or friends.
• A welcoming dining area with a large table for eight, ideal for savoring Touraine specialties.
• A modern, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and its outdoor dining space, including everything you need for meals: oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. A welcome kitchen kit is provided for the first night only, including: garbage bag, sponge, a small bottle of dish soap, and a kitchen towel (cooking basics like salt, pepper, and oil are not provided). The large countertop makes it easy to prepare delicious meals!

Sleeping Area on the First Floor

The sleeping area is accessible via a modern wooden and wrought-iron staircase.

• The first bedroom offers a view of the Château d’Amboise. Filled with light, you’ll enjoy the gentle Touraine ambiance. It includes a double bed (140cm x 190cm) and a desk, perfect for catching up on some work.
• The second bedroom, with its clean, minimalist decor, has a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a large closet. Perfect for settling in!
• The third bedroom is perfect for the kids! Very functional with three single beds (90cm x 200cm), including one bunk bed – your children will love their “sleepover nights”! A travel crib is also available.

Bathrooms and Toilets

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet.

An ultra-modern bathroom completes the upper level. It features a bathtub-shower combination, a large vanity with a mirror, and a towel warmer.

We provide all linens, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Each guest will have a large bath towel (150 x 100), a bath mat for each bathroom, and a kitchen towel.

For the bathrooms, a welcome kit is provided for the first night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) along with one roll of toilet paper.

Terrace and Garden

You can access the 2000 m² garden from a large terrace with a dining area and garden furniture.

Sun loungers and a barbecue are also available.

From early spring, enjoy our large, south-facing garden and set up our outdoor poufs.

Our house is located in a residential neighborhood, so absolute tranquility is guaranteed!

Check-in is anytime from 4 p.m. (early check-in may be available with a supplement, depending on prior bookings) until midnight. Check-out is by 10 a.m. (late check-out may be possible with a supplement if there are no same-day arrivals).

Self-check-in with a key box.

Private parking is available in front of the house.

An extra perk: an electric vehicle charging station is available at an additional cost. It is a reinforced standard socket slow charging. Public charging stations are available in the Intermarche parking at 550 meters away.

You’ll be a five-minute walk from the train station and just a few minutes from Amboise’s city center.

During your stay in Amboise, you can visit the local market every Friday and Sunday morning (the largest in the region), explore the Royal Castle, Clos Lucé (Leonardo da Vinci’s former residence), stroll around Château Square, the pedestrian streets, and local shops, enjoy the iconic Bigot Pâtisserie Chocolaterie (a local institution), or take a scenic walk along the banks of the Loire River (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). The local pool is open in July and August.

Tours and Blois are only a 35-minute drive away, and the famous Beauval Zoo is just 45 minutes. You can also visit other nearby Loire Valley castles (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont), take a hot air balloon ride over the region, or kayak along the Loire – the ideal holiday home!

The Amboise train station is a five-minute walk, the A10 highway exit is 15 km away, and bus lines are also within walking distance.
